"My wife and I were really pleased with our recent purchase of a 2009 FLHT from Bumpus Collierville. We made 3 or 4 trips just looking at bikes and asking questions about the bikes. At know time did we feel like we were bothering anyone nor did we feel pressured to purchase a bike. Many places will not even take the time to hardly talk with you when you say you're just looking or they try and pressure you into a purchase. "I first took my bike to 2 other local dealers and they were unable to even scedule my service for 2 to 3 weeks out. I was going on a trip and I had a problem with my alarm system and my stereo. Bumpus Collierville did a great job getting me in and fixed in only a few days. The only resaon it took that long was parts had to be overnighted in. As far as I'm concerned, Brain Rose is the only HD Mechanic that I will allow to work on my bike. Its a long drive for me to get there, but its worth it!"
