"I purchased my bike last year and had a great experience through the buying process, I recently used the service department for a complete rebuild from the frame up due to an accident, after the guys in the service department finished completely rebuilding my bike I was amazed at the quality of the repairs, it was as if it had never been in an accident. It was not only fixed back to factory new condition but it was fixed right the first time. I would like to thank all of the guys in the service and parts departments for all of the excellent work that went into my bike, to getting it back on the road.

"Purchased two of your used 07 Softail Deluxes recently. From the moment I called and inquired about these bikes, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the lady that answered the phone, to Shannon in Sales, to A.J and Jessica in the office, to Brian in the Service Dept. To Jeff, Daniel and all the rest of the Staff. What an awesome experiece. Even Mr. Bumpus himself met me at the door. They made me feel like somebody. In this day and age, that's something that you don't see anymore.
My hat goes off to the Bumpus gang. I live in Kentucky and drove over 4 hours to get there, It was well worth it and I would do it again if I decide to trade again.

"I first took my bike to 2 other local dealers and they were unable to even scedule my service for 2 to 3 weeks out. I was going on a trip and I had a problem with my alarm system and my stereo. Bumpus Collierville did a great job getting me in and fixed in only a few days. The only resaon it took that long was parts had to be overnighted in. As far as I'm concerned, Brain Rose is the only HD Mechanic that I will allow to work on my bike. Its a long drive for me to get there, but its worth it!"
